I want you to know that we are trying our best to provide quality customer service. It's not easy for us, but we will try our best all the time.

Because of the distance, the freight is too expensive, so most of the paintings in our shop are not framed. If you want to buy unframed paintings, then frame them locally. We recommend that you consult more information about the frame and the cost at local frame shop to avoid the trouble of buying it later.

If you decide to purchase a custom order, please let us know all the requirements, such as size. Please tell us your telephone number for express delivery.

Usually, we need 7 days for hand-drawing and 1-2 days for print painting. Once finished, a photo confirmation will be sent to you. With your approval, we will send out the items. We often send UPS and FedEx express. About three days later, we will send you the tracking number. How long the logistics will be delivered depends on the location and delivery service at different distances. This is a complete process.
