1. How to control quality and ensure good results?

First, before mass production, we can make samples for you to check whether the quality is good. After the sample is approved, we will start production. Secondly, during the production process, we have professional artists to check the entire process to ensure the quality of the finished product. Third, our staff inspects the artwork when packaging these paintings.

We will give you progress feedback throughout the process.

2. What's your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 1 piece, but the wholesale price for the order that over 50 pieces. You can mix different designs.

3. How long does it usually take to deliver a painting?

If your order is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; if your order is out of stock, we will try our best to customize the oil painting for you. Single paintings will be shipped within 7-15 days, bulk orders will be shipped within 30-45 days, and worldwide will take 5-7 days to arrive.

4. Can you provide paintings in any size, such as large size?

Yes, we can make any size. As long as you have needs, we will try our best to meet you.

5. What is your after-sales service?

We have various quality control standards to ensure quality products. If there is a quality problem, please notify us in time and our quality management team will actively solve it.

6. Is the packaging secure and in good condition when it arrives?
